  • How about picking up some art as a reminder of Wellfleet?  The new Berta Walker Gallery, located in the old Kendall Gallery space, is bringing in a lot of small pieces.  While visiting this wonderful addition to the Wellfleet art scene, admire paintings by Selina Trieff, Robert Henry, Peter Watts, and more.

  • Harbor Stage’s third play of the year, Detroit, starts on Thursday. Catch a show this weekend.

  • Harvey Wasserman will speak at the COA on Sunday, from 3 to 5.  Marge Piercy will read two of her poems on the dangers of Pilgrim at this gathering called Nuclear Power, Pilgrim, and Poetry.   Marge is also reading new work at the library tonight, 7:30 pm.

  • Left Bank Gallery will hold an artist reception on Saturday from 6 to 8.  New paintings by Steven Kennedy, as well as recent work by Peter Kalill and Fay Shutzer.

  • Next Wednesday, the 19th, artist Mathias Kesler will be interviewed by Peter McMahon of the Cape Cod Modern House Trust.  Public library, 7:30.

  • And, make your reservations for Ceraldi’s, recently praised in this article in the Boston Globe.  Our guests reseved several weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed their meal.
