Crunch Time

9112015 Image1Unless you have been hiding in your basement to avoid tourists for the past few months, you know that NStar, now calling itself Eversource, plans to spray herbicides under the power lines imminently, despite the fact that one of the herbicides, glyphosate, has been labeled a carcinogen by WHO.

POCCA is working hard to stop this madness, but crunch time has come.  My friend Laura Kelley has found Cape Cod a lawyer who will defend us and stop Eversource from polluting our drinking water, but filing alone costs $800.  If you can contribute, please do so now.  Go to the POCCA Web site and use the power of your credit card.  Together, we can stop NStar.  Please donate.  Ten dollars, twenty, fifty ... whatever makes you comfortable.  Join the effort to protect our sole source aquifer.
